Why We Created This Program
In a perfect world, reaching an advanced age would not come with a price tag. Unfortunately, many seniors who find themselves
transitioning into assisted living are greeted with the reality of extravagantly high bills to pay. This added expense can be a source
of stress for not only the senior, but for their family as well.
Fortunately, many individuals who reach this point of life are sitting on a financial asset that can relieve much of the burden of covering these new expenses. That asset, of course, is their home. Howwever, many homes have been occupied for decades are subject to normal wear and tear, and don't necessarily contain all the modern frills and amenities that make them extremely desirable to today's buyers. As a result, seniors who find themselves in a position to sell are often faced with challenges moving their property without leaving a lot of value on the table. This is where we come in.
